Except to be strictly complied with customer demand to use the steel material, a comprehensive study will be implemented by KPT professional engineers for steel application. Such as: free of sulfur from steel, resistance of corrosion from the plastic material and resistance of rust from climatic environment of region and so on. A variety of steel is available as following:

Germany standard: 1.2343, 1.2344, 1.2376, 1.2711, 1.2714, 1.2767,  1.2083, 1.2312, 1.2311 and so on.
USA standard: H13, S-7, P20, P20HH and so on. 
French standard: Z38 CDV 5, Z40 CDV 5, 40 CMD 8+S, Z 160 CDV 12 and so on.
Sweden standard: S136, 8407, 718H and so on.

As for the hot runner molds, a wide range of brands to be available. Such as Moldmaster, INCOE, Synventive, DME, HASCO, YUDO, Fast heat and so on.
